Place the straddle

When flat and inside the trading window, the EA places a BuyStop above price and a SellStop below price at the same time.

One side triggers, the other is cancelled

Whichever stop fills first wins. The opposite pending order is removed instantly, so you never end up locked between two opposing positions.

The winning side runs recovery

If price moves against the open side, the EA adds positions on an adaptive schedule with controlled sizing. A strict maximum number of trades is always enforced.

The basket closes at one take profit

Take profit is calculated from the basket as a whole and recalculated as it grows. When it hits, every position on that side closes together.

Recalculate and repeat

After a basket closes, the cycle starts over: a fresh straddle is placed around the new market price.

Pause window protects rollover

During the daily broker rollover window the EA pauses new entries so the spread spike does not cause false triggers. Open baskets stay managed and close normally.

How to install on MT5

  1. Download AuroraGridPrime.ex5 from the section above.
  2. Open MT5, then go to File → Open Data Folder.
  3. Open the MQL5 → Experts folder and copy the file inside.
  4. Back in MT5, refresh the Navigator panel (right-click → Refresh).
  5. Open a XAUUSD chart and drag AuroraGridPrime onto it.
  6. Enable Algo Trading, paste your license key into the inputs, and click OK.
